【今日房贷利率】3月9日(星期三)

短评:今天(3月9日星期三)的利率和昨天相比没有变化。购房贷款30年固定仍然维持在4.75%,15年固定维持在4.125%,5/1 ARM维持在3.000%。

注:贷款能拿到什么样的利率,受多种因素影响。比较以下利率时请注意参考本帖底部的贷款假设 (assumptions)。谢谢!

For Refinance, rates are based on No Point No Fee. So APR for Refinance = Refinance Rate.
