I just noticed I have lost 5 pounds in the past three or four weeks, which I didn’t mean to. I have more intake of carb now than before, since I found one kind of bread delicious and ate a lot of it, and thought I would have put on some weight. It must be the swimming. I don’t swim intensely, but often, and take many non-stop laps in each swimming. One of my coworkers gained weight and joked that all the pounds have been transferred from me to her. I comforted her, “Don’t worry. I would take them back during wintertime.”
