胸中积淤的哀伤 变得愈发沉 愈发重心被压得喘不过气怦怦跳得感觉要窒息泪已无力流淌沉于心底酝酿更多的哀伤脑海中一片空白 无力思考 无力感受 只是全然沉浸在那无尽的空虚之中魂散了 无力收回恍如在梦中 无力换醒自己夜深了丝毫感受不到一丝生命的气息在死一般的寂静中将自己掩埋等待 生命的灵犀重新被注入漫长的空无的等待

看尽花似海如雪落 回复 悄悄话 "Grieving is a great catharsis and comfort and a way of keeping yourself composed." quote from "Tuesday with Morrie". It's a healthy emtion as long as you keep it in check.

May you thoroughly experience the sorrow; may the feeling penetrate your heart, your soul; So when you wake up in the morning, you can move on to the new phase of the life.
