CPC 和 SPX negative highly correlated on MACD peak and through in bull market.

In bear market, CPC MACD peak may be followed with SPX big drop (happened in 2008 mid-Sept. and mid-Oct.) even we only has the single data point. Lehman bankrupted in Sept. 15 2008.
