切成两段,容易煎.

锅里放点油,我这里是放了2TBSP的油,我要煎两张腐皮.如果是煎一张的话,一勺油都够了.两面煎成金黄色就可以出锅了.我的这个抹了XO酱的,因为边洗东西边煎,煎糊了.

这个是给儿子吃的,就抹海鲜酱,酱调得更稀点,味道淡点.

一张大的圆皮,对半切,卷成了两个小点细点的.

煎好出锅,用剪刀把腐皮剪成小块.

腐皮外面那层是脆的,里面有点嚼头,QQ的,下酒正好.
建议:
涂抹的酱料可随意更换自己喜欢的味道.
腐皮卷卷细点,切的时候,估摸着一口一个最好.
煎的时候有中火,油问热点再下腐皮卷.
