煮一大锅水,水开了把米粉扔进去,关火,盖盖焖几分钟,然后用冷水冲,冷了泡到冷水里,炒前沥干水份.

想做传统的炒河粉,可是翻遍冰箱却找不到牛肉,豆芽,葱.不能等了,我今天就要吃.炒了青椒牛肉沫豆角.

把菜炒好了,再炒粉,放生抽老抽盐糖调味.想提醒的一点是,别忘了加点糖进去,味道会大大的不同.我炒了三个人的份量,放了大半勺(tea spoon)的糖.
