材料:
1.南乳两块半,南乳汁三勺
2.姜几片,葱切段,蒜三瓣剁碎
3.猪脚约三磅
4.八角半个,料酒一大勺.冰糖一小块,生抽三大勺,盐一点

大伙烧开转小火,焖到猪脚软(我焖了两个小时),勾芡,让汁浓点,就可以装盘了.把葱放上面,浇上浓汁.

这道菜一般和花生一起做,把泡了一小时的花生同猪脚一起放到锅里.我家有人不能吃花生,所以我不放.有时候会放泡好的黄豆,有时候放毛豆.盐,我是快焖好的前半小时放进去的.
