AAPL(图) a complete stage analysis

with today's big down bar I think AAPL's move on this light volume is over. Does AAPL start its stage3 topping phase. I will use the simple 1-2-3 rule once again.

1. AAPL follows through to the upside from a Turning Point state and it also breaks out from a major down trend line.
2. Volume is still coming in which means demand is strong. More up side testing.
3. My target price will be 130-131 area in short term. I'll add more if the green line is taken out in a few days.

1. Quarterly Chart


It looks like a double bottom is forming.







2. Weekly Chart


AAPL broke out from this little trading range and starts its B wave.







3. Daily Chart


This week is a good one for AAPL. It broke out and hold.


a: under 50 DMA but it starts to flatten out. good sign.


b: Volome has not shown up. If it comes in next week, AAPL will be above 135 easily.


c: from daily chart this is a head and shoulder bottom.

It turns out my 130.1 entry point was a perfect one.

It looks like aapl will enter a new stage2 phase. Maybe it already starts.

Apple has completed its full stage1 to stage4 cycle and right now is in stage 1: basing.


The best time to buy is when it enters early stage 2. So be patient.

1. breaks out from trendline
2. retest of its recent low
3. breaks out from recent high

after this, trend is changed. More up side test is coming.

AAPL has entered into stage 2 uptrend phase. There is only two thinks to worry about:
1. General Market still has the risk to go down.
2. Volume of aapl has not shown up which means there is no conviction on this move up. This is also why I'm think it will pull back to around 137-138 before it could make some good upside movement.

The short did not work out so far and I was stopped out on this one.

Wrong small and win big will keep you in this game.

Maybe it will resume higher after consolidation around here.
