1. 每一个人身上都带有癌细胞,除非癌细胞扩增至几?亿个数量时癌细胞是无法在一般检查时被检查出来的。所以每当病患治疗到 一个阶段后医生会告诉病患其体内已无癌细胞时,医生所指的是其体内癌细胞数量已缩小到仪器无法侦测出来的数量。

2. 在每个人的生命期里,癌细胞都会出现6至10次。

3. 当人体免疫系统强时,癌细胞是会被摧灭的,同时免疫系统强是能抑制肿瘤形成及扩增。

4. 当人被发现有癌症时,它意谓这个病患是有大量营养缺乏;这可能是由于基因、环境、食物及生活方式等因素造成的。

5. 如何克服营养缺乏,那就是要改变饮食及多进用增强免疫系统之食物

6. 化疗不只能毒杀快速增长之癌细胞,亦会一并消灭骨髓及胃肠道内之健康细胞,同时造成器官衰竭;如肝脏、肾脏、心脏及肺脏
等等。

7. 放射治疗在摧毁癌细胞时,亦会灼伤健康细胞、组织及器官

8. 初期化疗及放射线治疗是很容易将肿瘤面积缩小到某一程度,然再延长上述疗法并不能造成肿瘤完全消除。

9. 化疗及放射线治疗会让体内存有大量毒素而危及或摧毁免疫系统,因而导致病患易于感染及病发症

10. 化疗及放射线治疗会造成病患癌细胞突变及产生抗体而变得难以摧毁,而手术则易使癌细胞扩散至其它部位

11. 一个有效的击溃癌细胞之方式是不供给癌细胞繁殖所需之食物,即是饿死癌细胞. 癌细胞以何为食物:

a. 糖是癌的食物,若不食糖即删除癌细胞很重要的一项食物供给。代糖如Nutra sweet, Equal spoonful等均是由Aspartame 组合而成的,是有害的。较好之天然代糖是Manuka糖浆或Molasses糖蜜,但只能取用少许。食盐为使颜色变白而掺有化学添加物,较妥之
选择是海盐。

b. 牛奶会使人体产生黏液,尤其是在胃肠道内,而黏液正是癌症之食物。因而阻绝牛奶及采用不甜之豆浆作替代,癌症就会在无食
物情况下萎缩的。

c. 癌细胞是在酸性环境中繁衍的,以肉为基本饮食的体质是酸性的,因而食用鱼类及少量鸡肉是较食用牛、猪为妥的。且肉品均含有家畜抗生素、生长贺尔蒙及寄生虫等,而这些均是对人体的有害物质,尤其是对癌症病患。

d. 以80%新鲜蔬菜及青菜汁之饮食;含全谷类、种子、坚果及少量的水果是有益于体质转变为碱性的,剩余20%可进食煮熟的豆类. 鲜蔬菜汁可提供活性酵素,活性酵素极易在15分钟内被细胞组织吸收进而滋养增强健康细胞,为取得活性酵素强壮健康细胞应多饮用新鲜果菜汁(多样蔬菜含豆芽),同时每天进食生青菜(未煮过之)两至三次,按活性酵素在40度C时会被摧毁。

饮料必须避免饮用咖啡、茶、巧克力因上述饮料含咖啡因,绿茶是较佳之选择因为其有抗癌特性。而平常应饮用净化水或过滤水,然应避免饮用有毒的或重金属的水。

12. 肉类的蛋白质是不易消化的,因为肉类的蛋白质需要大量消化酵素消化,未消化的肉质会留残在肠内净化,而引发有毒物质形成。

13. 癌细胞壁有很硬之蛋白质包裹,因而节制食用肉类可让多出之酵素去攻击癌细胞之蛋白质,而体内杀手细胞则有空间摧毁癌细胞

14. 部份营养品是能增强免疫系统(如抗氧化剂、维他命、矿物质等等)去驱使自体杀手细胞去摧毁癌细胞,其他营养品如维他命E 会使细胞萎缩,或渐使细胞死亡,而非原体内一般处置损坏、无用及不需要细胞之模式。

15. 癌症是一种心态、肉体和心灵上之疾病,因而能有前卫及积极的心灵是可造就癌症战士变为胜利天使,怨尤和苦痛会让体质变为紧张及酸性,所以必须学习爱与宽恕,同时学习放松及爱习惜生命

16. 癌细胞是无法在充满氧气的环境中繁衍,所以每日必须多作深呼吸以利氧进入细胞层,按氧气疗法是另一种击溃癌细胞之工具。

戴奥辛之化学物质会导致癌症,尤其是乳癌。按戴奥辛对体内细胞具很高之毒性,因而千万别将装有水之塑胶罐放入冰箱,因为它亦会将戴奥辛释出。

前不久Dr. Edward Fujimoto在电视节目中谈到健康之风险,他就强调戴奥辛对健康是多么有害,因而请千万不要用塑胶容器放入微波炉加热食物。

这尤其是指含有脂肪之食物,当脂肪与高温与塑胶结合时,塑胶即会释放出戴奥辛并进入食物中,最终就进入体内之细胞。因而他建议使用玻璃器皿作为加热食物用,因为它一样可使食物变热,然却少了戴奥辛。

纸是不错的容器,然你无法了解纸里到底含有什么物质,因而较安全之容器是冶炼过的玻璃器皿,如康宁器皿等等。他提醒为何前不久速食店将泡沫塑料容器改为纸容器,其中戴奥辛就是问题之一

同时他亦指出塑胶袋;如Saran耐热塑胶袋用于包装食物,在微波炉加热时亦是非常危险的,因为当食物用微波炉加热时,高温会让毒素由塑胶袋溶解出来进入食物内,所以应用纸包裹食物作替代。

Every person has cancer cells in the body. These cancer cells do not show up in the standard tests until they have multiplied to a few billion. When doctors tell cancer patients that there are no more cancer cells in their bodies after treatment, it just means the tests are unable to detect the cancer cells because they have not reached the detectable size.

2. Cancer cells occur between 6 to more than 10 times in a person's lifetime.

3. When the person's immune system is strong the cancer cells will be destroyed and prevented from multiplying and forming tumors.

4. When a person has cancer it indicates the person has multiple nutritional deficiencies. These could be due to genetic, environmental, food and lifestyle factors.

5. To overcome the multiple nutritional deficiencies, changing diet and including supplements will strengthen the immune system.

6. Chemotherapy involves poisoning the rapidly-growing cancer cells and also destroys rapidly-growing healthy cells in the bone marrow, gastro-intestinal tract etc, and can cause organ damage, like liver, kidneys, heart, lungs etc.

7. Radiation while destroying cancer cells also burns, scars and damages healthy cells, tissues and organs.

8. Initial treatment with chemotherapy and radiation will often reduce tumor size. However prolonged use of chemotherapy and radiation do not result in more tumor destruction.

9 When the body has too much toxic burden from chemotherapy and radiation the immune system is either compromised or destroyed, hence the person can succumb to various kinds of infections and complications.

10. Chemotherapy and radiation can cause cancer cells to mutate and become resistant and difficult to destroy. Surgery can also cause cancer cells to spread to other sites.

11. An effective way to battle cancer is to starve the cancer cells by not feeding it with the foods it needs to multiply. CANCER CELLS FEED ON:

a. Sugar is a cancer-feeder. By cutting off sugar it cuts off one important food supply to the cancer cells. Sugar substitutes like NutraSweet, Equal,Spoonful, etc are made with Aspartame and it is harmful. A better natural
substitute would be Manuka honey or molasses but only in very small amounts. Table salt has a chemical added to make it white in color. Better alternative is Bragg's aminos or sea salt.

b. Milk causes the body to produce mucus, especially in the gastro-intestinal tract. Cancer feeds on mucus. By cutting off milk and substituting with unsweetened soya milk cancer cells are being starved.

c. Cancer cells thrive in an acid environment. A meat-based diet is acidic and it is best to eat fish, and a little chicken rather than beef or pork. Meat also contains livestock antibiotics, growth hormones and parasites, which are all harmful, especially to people with cancer.

d. A diet made of 80% fresh vegetables and juice, whole grains,seeds, nuts and a little fruits help put the body
into an alkaline environment.. About 20% can be from cooked food including beans. Fresh vegetable juices provide
live enzymes that are easily absorbed and reach down to cellular levels within 15 minutes to nourish and enhance
growth of healthy cells. To obtain live enzymes for building healthy cells try and drink fresh vegetable juice (most
vegetables including bean sprouts)and eat some raw vegetables 2 or 3 times a day. Enzymes are destroyed at temperatures of 104 degrees F (40 degrees C).

e. Avoid coffee, tea, and chocolate, which have high caffeine.Green tea is a better alternative and has cancer-fighting properties. Water-best to drink purified water, or filtered, to avoid known toxins and heavy metals in tap

12. Meat protein is difficult to digest and requires a lot of digestive enzymes. Undigested meat remaining in the intestines become putrified and leads to more toxic buildup.

13. Cancer cell walls have a tough protein covering. By refraining from or eating less meat it frees more enzymes to attack the protein walls of cancer cells and allows the body's killer cells to destroy the cancer cells.

14. Some supplements build up the immune system (IP6, Flor-ssence,Essiac, anti-oxidants, vitamins, minerals, EFAs
etc.) to enable the body's own killer cells to destroy cancer cells. Other supplements like vitamin E are known to cause apoptosis, or programmed cell death, the body's normal method of disposing of damaged, unwanted, or unneeded cells.

15. Cancer is a disease of the mind, body, and spirit. A proactive and positive spirit will help the cancer warrior be a survivor Anger, unforgiveness and bitterness put the body into a stressful and acidic environment. Learn to have a loving and forgiving spirit. Learn to relax and enjoy life.

16. Cancer cells cannot thrive in an oxygenated environment. Exercising daily, and deep breathing help to get more oxygen down to the cellular level. Oxygen therapy is another means employed to destroy cancer cells.

Dioxin chemicals causes cancer, especially breast cancer.Dioxins are highly poisonous to the cells of our bodies.Don't freeze your plastic bottles with water in them as this releases dioxins from the plastic.

Recently, Dr.. Edward Fujimoto, Wellness Program Manager at Castle Hospital , was on a TV program to explain this health hazard. He talked about dioxins and how bad they are for us. He said that we should not be heating our food in the microwave using plastic containers.

This especially applies to foods that contain fat. He said that the combination of fat, high heat, and plastics releases dioxin into the food and ultimately into the cells of the body. Instead, he recommends using glass, such as Corning Ware, Pyrex or ceramic containers for heating food. You get the same results, only without the dioxin. So such things as TV dinners, instant ramen and soups, etc., should be removed from the container and heated in something else.

Paper isn't bad but you don't know what is in the paper. It's just safer to use tempered glass, Corning Ware, etc.

He reminded us that a while ago some of the fast food restaurants moved away from the foam containers to paper. The dioxin problem is one of the reasons.

Also, he pointed out that plastic wrap, such as Saran, is just as dangerous when placed over foods to be cooked in the microwave. As the food is nuked, the high heat causes poisonous toxins to actually melt out of the plastic wrap and drip into the food. Cover food with a paper towel instead.
