In a big boat of time

there are always those got jammed

in the bottom deck

 

Perhaps couldn't get

enough bread and butter

perhaps did not have enough

chance of education

perhaps civilization and manner

simply could not have been the necessities

smoking whenever allowed

drinking whenever affordable

spanking whenever want

 

Getting by is the most imminent task at hand

There are no endangered species in civilization

only the no-class of survivors
