Southern CA Market
I am in Southern CA these days. I talked a couple agents here. They told me the market is really hot here these days. From every sectors, low end, middle range and high end, most of them are overbid. With a market value $1.3M house, many people bid over $1.5M. Most of them are cash buyers. Some buyers got money from Asian.
This is suprised to me. In Northern CA, high end house is slow. At least not bid for over market price yet.
We have many people from this board in Southern CA. Does these agents saying trustable or just their advocation?
They also said LA and Orange county are good. But Riverside and San Bernardino county are very bad now.
