March 30th, 2010: Today we were taking a bullet train to Hangzhou. Everyone woke up at 8:30 am. We changed our clothes, brushed our teeth, and ate a good breakfast that we bought from a bakery yesterday. At 10:00 am, we were planning to go to 朱家角 an ancient water town located in the 青浦 District in Shanghai, but my mom was so tired we had to reset for 2 hours! When it was time for lunch, we went to find a place to eat. Soon, we found a 兰州 restaurant and we went inside. We helped ourselves to a yummy lunch of noodles, peppers, beef, lamb, and water. Once everybody was done, we took a taxi to the Shanghai South Railway Station. When we were there, we went out of the taxi and walked inside. First, we bought tickets for the bullet train. But the staff said there were no more seats for the time we wanted. So instead, we had to go on at a time that was 3 hours later! Then, someone hole punched our ticket so they know that the ticket was already used by someone. Finally, we went shopping with our mom someplace else. 3 hours later, we hurried back to the railway station and waited until it was time to board the bullet train. Once it was time, we boarded the bullet train and we found our seats. Soon, the bullet train started to move and we went very fast. Obviously, there was no TV so I played my DS until we were there, Soon, the bullet train came to an abrupt stop. When it stopped completely, we went off the bullet train and took a taxi to our 5-star hotel, the Hyatt Hotel. Once we were there, we went out of the taxi and walked inside the hotel. And wow! The hotel did look fancy! First, we checked in. Then, we went in our room on the 4th floor. Our room looked very fancy too! There was a comfy sofa, and even a desk! When we were done exploring, we went to find a place to eat dinner. While we were looking, we saw the exact same restaurant we had ate for lunch today at Shanghai! We decided to go eat dinner there. When we were ordering, we saw the same food and they were the exact same prices! We had the same dinner as lunch of noodles, peppers, beef, lamb, and water. When everybody was done, we went back to our room in the hotel. Right when we got inside, there was a phone call for my mom. After the phone call, it was said that another one my uncle's friend invited us to go to 灵隐寺 tomorrow. Then, we each took a shower and slept.
