Another nasty eamil that I had to send

Dear XXX,

As an agent, this is the last thing That I want to do. On Dec. 6 I showed your listing of XXXX Sugar land to my client Mr. XXXX and his wife XXX. This is the second show. They like the house. They would like to make an offer.

I\'ve showed them 20 some houses. They never mentioned anything about my commission till last Sunday. They wanted to cut my commission into half. I told them that I had to talk to my broker and get his opinion.

This couple never called me back. Today I asked whether they were going to make an offer on the house. They implied they are working with other agent.

I would like to ask an favour from you. If this couple does make an offer through another agent, please do not accept their offer till my protection period is over. As my peer agent you can understand how I feel at this moment.
