Implants nowadays are very safe and predictable. Risks noteworthy are sinus penetration for upper teeth and nerve damage for lower teeth. However, you can always get 3-D models if you want to be 100% sure: go to some x-rays labs and they can generate surgical stent (the guide to "drill") for the surgery. This way, no risks at all then... Take care.
