XDJM, could you tell me whether I am eligible to apply for a housing loan in china?
My mom dislikes her current apartment and wants to get a new one in her desired neighborhood. I just graduated one year and half ago and don’t have enough savings to purchase an apartment for her. I currently have a stable job in the USA and makes decent salaries. I just wonder whether I am eligible to apply for a housing loan in Tianjin, China if I put down between 20% -30% of the total cost as down payment to purchase an apartment. Are there any other requirements to apply for a loan in China?
