DC 郊区房子又开始疯涨（图）

今天到华盛顿市郊的Fairfax看Open House,感觉到房价已开到2007年的水平了。
在这个房子附近的房子（同学区，同类型）几个月前还开在850K左右，现在开到950K了。

据说华尔街的一帮人跑到DC来帮Obama救经济，把DC附近的房价抬上去了。
息了，暂时不买房了。

• 好区的房子跌的不多，华府区的经济稳定失业低，估计现在有可能到底了跌的最厉害的是蓝领区，老墨区。有的区跌落了60-70%，那些区才是检便宜抢房的地方。但最便宜的大概抢得差不多了，估计也到底了。到底了不等于马上回升。但现在可以在中等较好的地区找到比较好的DEAL。 -miat42- ♂  (187 bytes) (82 reads) 9/20/09
