这是我第3颗植的牙。前两次不记得花了多少钱了。

这颗牙是洗牙时，用X光发现的。那里有一根坏的根管或是什么的折了，牙医说保不住了，要拔掉，再植牙。

当时医生的开价是$8577，所以要了张X光片（我这里还有这张X光片子，里面有两颗牙：左边一个是以前植的牙，右边一个牙有一个金属柱子，还有一个断了的根管；不知放到网上合不合法），到另一个牙医处，花了$68, 让他看看要多少钱，他说能少$1000-1500, 但是主要工作还是要在我的牙医处做，就放弃了。

跨了两年的拔牙+植牙，2024年11月拔牙，2025年11月植牙完毕，我总共付了牙医$4811，保险公司还付了牙医$3000。

在美国每个州，每个医生都不一样，要想省钱，最好找3个牙医问问，问问要还是不需要做，再决定。

因为我一次付清，减去了9%（他们说一次付完款是减10%）, $766（不知他们怎么算的）

过程（2024年11月到2025年11月）：

1. 拔牙，然后用针线缝补伤口。
2. 7-10天后，拆线，把骨粉（人的；可以用动物的，但是牙医说人的好）注入到拔走的牙的空缺的部分。
3. 半年后，骨粉在原来的骨头上长成骨头后，在骨头上钻洞，把钛柱拧到洞里。
4. 半年后，钛柱在骨洞里牢固后，装上牙冠。
