译自法语by me, 英语由Gemini proofread过

How Kind the Blondes Are

On the way into Paris, a truck driver's vehicle breaks down. A beautiful blonde woman arrives and asks if he needs help, offering to give him a ride into Paris.

"No, thank you, ma'am. I have to wait for the tow truck; I'll be here for at least three or four hours. But on the other hand, I have two chimpanzees that need to go to the Vincennes Zoo【2】. Since they are a bit stressed, could you take them for me? I’ll give you 100 euros for your trouble."

"I’d be glad to!" the blonde says.

The truck driver settles the two chimpanzees into the back of the kind lady's car, and she sets off for the Vincennes Zoo .

Four hours later, once his truck is repaired, the driver arrives in Paris. And who should he see crossing the street in front of him? The blonde with the two chimpanzees and a crowd of onlookers following them with amusement. The truck driver stops his truck immediately, runs toward the blonde, and says:

"What are you doing here? I gave you 100 euros to take them to the zoo!"

"Yes, we did that," the blonde answers. "We already went there. Since we had a little money left over, we’re going to the movies."
