SINGAPORE - S. Korean superstar reportedly bought a S$1.53 million condominium unit in the heart of Los Angeles.
According to various real estate and celebrity gossip websites, the man who brought us 'Oppa Gangnam Style' paid for the apartment entirely in cash wired from South Korea.
The apartment is in a 29-floor building on Wilshire Boulevard, with various amenities such as tennis courts, swimming pools and a 24-hour concierge service.

According to various Internet sites, Psy has bought a new apartment in the United States.
It is located in a 29-floor building on Wilshire Boulevard, in the heart of Los Angeles.
Business website Businessinsider said the apartment has 2,700 square feet of living space. It also has two bedrooms.
Celebrity gossip site TMZ said the Korean pop star plans to completely remodel his new apartment.
The condo building was constructed in 1989. But some parts of the building have undergone renovations.
Psy reportedly bought the new apartment for S$1.53 million.
Several of the rooms have floor-to-ceiling windows.
He reportedly paid for the apartment entirely in cash wired from South Korea.
Amenities include a pool and concierge service.
There is also a tennis court.
