How would you like to have a famous Hollywood celebrity as your landlord? If you have enough cash, now you can. Some celebrities have listed their house on the rental market, as even stars are not immune to the bursting of the housing bubble.  Some do it because they simply can't find a buyer, while others do it because the rental yield is more lucrative than offers they receive to buy the house.
