on it's new well production result. I believe atpg will be above 20 in a short term if general market holds.
This is what Swizzled from fool.com has to say:
"I think it is pretty simple this time.
They have a well producing at 12k per day 86% oil. We expected 7k per day.
All of Q3 was 21k per day and it was 60/40 oil gas.
The new well alone will be over $300mil in annual revenue with $80 oil.
The entire company production at 21k per day was just over $400mil.
They just told us the new well increases their revenue run rate by 70%. And it is 5,000 BOE per day better than thought.
If that isn't the most important piece of news in this report then I am utterly clueless.
The earnings miss is based on how much interest is capitalized. It gets paid either way, so who cares if it was modelled correctly by the analysts.
I'm just thrilled with a huge overdelivery on production. Finally we get something material from the huge Telemark spending."
