It is no doubt that we need to work hard in doing things. But it is also very important to work smart and wisely. There is always a skill or short cut to do almost everything. So we should use the skill or seek for the short cut as much as we can. This is also called doing things with brain. For example, in some situations, we just can't get the expected result by doing things directly. Then we have to get the job done indirectly or by going round the thing. A lot of things have to be done better and sooner with the help from other people.In this case, we should ask help timely and get the job done through cooperation. However, do remember to show your appreciation to your helper(s) in some way as they spent time and use their wisdom or even labour to improve the efficiency of your work.Often times we only need patience to wait until the thing gets done as haste makes waste.If we can't get the solution after using one method for a while we should change the angle we look at things, and try some other approaches or ideas to solve the problem. Don't stick on a certain technique but be flexible and innovative.
