请求帮忙。因office's 政治斗争，觉得不公平，quit my job recently.

My question are :

1: Can I still get unemployment benefit?
2: If I can, what should I say to unemployment benefit dept. so I can still get it and not affect the my later job reference?
3: What unemplpyment dept will do to make sure I am qualify? What do
they check with HR and my old manager?
