From Joy of Cooking All About Cookies
preheat over to 300F.
Almonds 1 3/4 cups
Sugar 1/3 cup (orginally recipt 1 cup. The first time I use only 1/2 cup and it was sweat enough.)
Flour 2 Tsps
Salt 1/8 tsp
Ground black peper pinch
Large egg white 4
almond extract 1 tsp
vanilla extract 1/2 tsp (optional)
mix them together
4 dozen 2-inch cookies
Bake 30 minutes.
