Aries-March 21-April 19

It can lead to unneeded stress if you think you have to make all the final decisions. Make it a top priority to teach, set goals and motivate to action this year. Now everyone wins.

The key to happiness is a lighter touch. When things don't go as planned, remain calm and of good cheer. Keep this attitude throughout the year. Look at the bigger picture and know that good plans result in great results. Stay cool through each task. Finish what you start. Stay balanced and all will be well.
