这首歌是 Sting 为他的朋友 Quentin Crisp 写的，Quentin Crisp 于70年代移民美国，举止有些古怪，他住在纽约 Bowery 的一个小公寓，有一次他告诉 Sting，他希望早点得到移民纸，这样就可以“犯罪”而不被驱逐了，至于什么罪，他的回答是“Oh, Someting glamorous, nonviolent, with a dash of style”
