Daily Scenes 2 - Earned Leadership

At a church ceremony a couple weeks ago, our pastor said, "Leadership is earned, not arranged." I happened to be thinking about leadership lately and this simple statement struck a cord with me. It is true that all the leaders at our church have served wholeheartedly over the years and earned their leadership. Where am I going to earn my leadership? And what am I going to do?
