乱弹煤井新闻 -- Another economy stimulus plan:$825 billion

Another stimulus measure proposed by Decocrats.

1. $825 billion = $550 billion spending plus $275 billion tax cuts
2. Focuses: health care, education, highway construction, and tax cuts

Would so called stimulus plan work? I don't believe so. Americans have lost their confidence. Even you gave each of them 1 million dollars , they know it can only buy one bread when inflation is up!!

Where is the money? How could the government encourage people who originally have tons of debts to keep borrowing money and to spend them blindly? Would the cautious bankers lend their money again in the way they did before the erupt of the financial crisis? It does not make sense.
