Remote Landlord

I have tried to make additional money in many differenct ways since I came to Canada ten years ago,but discovered that real estate is the best one for me up today. Its profit is much more than my saving from my salary even my  wage is six digits a year. The time and effort I spent for real estate is far less than my regular job. Stock , mutual funds etc are already up and down...

I learn a lots from this blog in Wenxuecity and really encourage our countryman to invest in real estate. I have been a remote small landloard for more than three years ,but think it's manageable and good return project for investment. I wanted to sell my house in Vancouver and buy six to seven houses in Orlando when I visited that city first time in 2012. I dreamed of this way that I can live confortably without worry to lose job that time. Today, I still live in my original house and get a regula pay ,but bought six houses in US in way of re-finance.I want to say that you can make it if you try.
