我公司是这样，要签合同。先签一年，然后是每３年一签。当然，随着Sale年销售额的增加，其要的基本工资也不同。

大体上是：first year: $400 monthly Salary which is against their commission. plus benefit. 3%commission

Second or Third year, normally sale needs $400 weekly and other same above

Forth year, good sale no needs any salary, but second million sales and so on, they need 4%commission.

All of commission are upon on what kind of goods, if finished products is 3 -4%, if commodity may be 1 or 2
