This is a very moving live concert in honor of the British film composer John Barry (1933-2011), who died early in 2011. This concert was recorded at Royal Albert Hall in June of that year. The guests included Michael Parkinson, Michael Caine (via video feed), Timothy Dalton, Rumer, Sir George Martin, Dame Shirley Bassey, David Arnold, Derek Watkins, Julian Jackson, Nigel Hitchcock and others. Nicholas Dodd conducted the Royal Philharmonic Orchestra.
