跑还是不跑

某日赶车， 一到车站，火车已进站， 要不要赶车？ 跑还是不跑？ 跑！ 打了票马上跑，还爬天桥，下天桥， 有点冲刺的味道， 知道火车司机目睹一切， 向火车头招招手， 跳上火车， 嘭一声， 门关上，上气不接下气， 刚坐下， 旁边一位看报纸的老太说： Welldone!, 我说： 那是， 不赶上这一趟， 又要等5‘钟也， 为什么有的5’那么重要， 有的5'每那么重要？

几乎每天起来都跑， 有时也自问： 跑还是不跑？ 一般都回答： 跑！， 睡一个晚上好像身上的零件都懒散了， 晨跑是叫零件们起床集合的时间， 跑了步后， 一天的精神会好很多，哪怕10分钟， 跑步也是看风景的时候， 天空， 树枝， 小鸟， 草地， 小溪， 小狗...最近很久没见小鸟们了， 不知它们去那里混去料， 天气好它们肯定会回来的。

跑步也是听歌的时候， 通常每天一歌/一曲，可能身体零件也喜欢听，随意选， 最近喜欢听流行， 比如介果：
