1. 团队需要指出定位的问题和操作流程；
2. 团队成员需要彼此认识，小团体之间需要时间去磨合，比寄出大量的邀请信要重要。我想，大的团队更难应付，消化，尤其是我们还不认识的情况下
3. 我们需要的时候，如果要扩大团队，我们可以回头寄出我们的个人邀请信

 

我觉得都是很重要的。特别第二点，现在需要的就是彼此熟悉，寄出倡议书又有什么用？没有人来跟进，就等于是白白浪费人力资源。如果内部机构好了，做出好的作品，慢慢就会有人加入了，呵呵~~

一般正式活动，都会在这里发布。另外有个论坛，不过灌水比较多，实际的作品都不在论坛操作。差不多论坛就是个聚集人气的地方，把粉丝都聚集起来，然后有慕名而来的朋友也容易找到组织，最重要的是，提供大家一个地方发东西，便于发现新人才。
我觉得，现在当务之急：

第一、确定团队名字。
第二、确定团队定位，以及受众定位
第三、固定一个地方作为官方发布信息的地方。因为文学城在国内打不开，所以不建议把基地建在文学城，这样不便于互动交流。
第四、确定宣传负责人，首席监制，以及歌曲制作流程。由他们来分别联系其他朋友，经过几次联系和合作，慢慢彼此就熟悉了。
其他的，我也想不到啥啦。最近比较忙，四影大哥知道，呵呵~~回头再聊。
