今天突然发现AZ 的法律对于房产持有人的身份证件有了变动：Arizona Law provides that "satisfactory evidence of identity" for purposes of a notary's acknowledging signatures or performing jurats includes a "current form of identification issued by a federal, state or tribal government". Effective August 25, 2004, however, thie provision has been amended to provided that the current form of identification must be issued by "the United States government or a state or tribal government ...". 就是说国外政府发的身份证件不能用了！ 如果是短期来美国的人，只有用护照和Visa, 为什么要有这种新规定？ 你们州也是这样？
