Coming back from the China trip with Phil, definitely to take steps to the next level.

The first step is to be confident and take ownership of issues. Don't stand on the sideline. Be mentally active. It's relevant to you. Think of Dad who thinks issues are not relevant for him and he becoems irrelevant.
