想问一个关于美国公民入籍的事情。(案例很少见！)

前天收到移民局的一封信，说我入籍被拒，原因是我发了假誓，不诚实。因为4年前服过美国兵役，但没有服完，因为个人感情原因中途退伍了，但是本人早已办好正常退伍手续，给我办理退伍手续的军官还告诉我，半年后我参军的记录会全消，等於我从没入过伍。所以我没跟移民官员说我半途退伍的事，我只跟他说我以前当过兵。我真的不是刻意去隐瞒。


移民局的欣上写到
Reason:Poor Moral Character(False Testimony ,Lying)

我去问了几个中国人Lawer，他们都说从来没办过这种案件，不敢接，建议我去找Marshal Lawer.

各位能给点忠告吗?万分感激！

在美国生完孩子可以以监护人的身份申请绿卡吗？？？
