最后的萝卜

去年十月种的萝卜，吃了很长时间了，今天是最后的一批留个纪念，看看这么多：




还有前几天收的这个，很有趣的形状：


这可是咱家第一次收萝卜，记得刚成型的时候还舍不得吃，光看看也高兴。前年也种了不少，没吃到萝卜但是吃了很长时间的萝卜樱子，今年是萝卜和萝卜樱子都吃到了，还有部分送人，这些萝卜都是妻子管理的，吃来格外地香：


这周末把一堆废弃木头烧了，看看这火还真有点吓人：

萝卜和大白菜都是抗寒和产量高的作物，我猜你是不是在东北吃多了？

Green onion and chives (=garlic onion) are in the same class. They are very easy to plant and they are almost immune disease or animal/insects attacks. Best wishes to you!

Now we know who started all those wild forest fires. Haha!

I wish to have your wife's gardening skills. Those tunips look big and fresh. Must feel good to be able to eat what you grow, right? My 6 green onion (葱）plants are back for the Spring. My next plan is to grow some chives (韭菜） since they may also immune to the frequent visitors such as deers and rabbits in our back yard. What do you think? Thanks.
