EGR Valve Deion




The EGR Valve is an integral part of your engine’s emissions and ignition systems. On older vehicles, the Engine EGR Valve can be mechanical and on later models the EGR Valve is generally electronic. The EGR Valve Location is typically housed on the intake manifold and permits a measured amount of exhaust gasses back into the engine. Regardless of construction the EGR Valve plays a key role in reducing unwanted engine emissions as well as reducing engine knock.
