看了pleasanton 的一个房子，一点儿价也压不下来， 房主一定要listing price.
正在犹豫要不要买的时候，看到了pleasanton 的realtor 说这个：


“Sellers, now may be the tail end of the highest prices Pleasanton will see for a while.”
