shopping at Sherway Garden & dinning out at Mandarin buffet rest

My Toshiba laptop was broken down completely since last week due to the virus. Today we went to Sherway garden Apple store to get a new apple mac book pro for me since it is not easy to be invaded by virus although the price is too good to believe.The famous mall was full of holiday atmosphere with people busy with shopping, parents with small children were lining up patiently at the Sherway square waiting for the famous Santa Experience program. We were told all the tickets were sold out long ago in the beginning of November so too bad we couldn't join it this year. Next year I will need to remember to buy the tickets earlier in the November.The Santa Experience program provides children with a Santa visit they won't soon forget. Santa will entertain his little guests and lead them in an interactive play session that includes singalongs,dancing,magic tricks,and story reading-ending with a special moment with the jolly gent and an opportunity for mom or dad to snap a quick photo.Activity sessions are about 30 minutes and parents are encouraged to join in the fun.Anyway, we took some pics with baby in front of the square. Santa was not yet coming out. Soon the square would be full with children and parents.After the computer shopping, it was time to go for dinner. I was attracted by the mandarin flyer that sent to my home yesterday the snow crab legs festival,so we decided to go for the crab legs.Off we went to Mandarin restaurant at Kipling and Queensway in which I worked as a waitress back in 2003 for 9 months.All the servers have changed since then, I do not know anyone of them. Even I didn't see a familiar manager's face. As usual the restaurant was fully packed with dinners-mostly local people.We were lucky to get a table right away but we were given only two hours as they have a party with 200 from 8pm.We settled down, then went to fetch some food, of course,roast beef,lobsters and snow crab legs-our favourite food. A bland new mac book pro laptop with a full stomach of snow crab legs. I would call today as a good day.After all, it is holiday season, don't forget to treat yourself for one year of hard work.
