going to Jazz Festival at Port Credit,Sept.8,2012

Today was busy. In the morning, we had guests to visit us and had lunch together at our home.

 

In the late afternoon, we went to Jazz Festival at Port Credit with Jane and Jonas.

 

The event was held in Memorial Park by Credit River.Admission fee was $5 for one person.

 

From the parking lot far away the stages, we could hear the merry noises and music from the park.

 

There were a few stages in the park, and the setting was like a carnival, the food and gifts stalls were everywhere in the park with lots of people coming and going. We joined the exciting visitors, walked around in the park.

 

A few bands were performing on the different stages.Although I was not familiar with those bands,from the popularity I could tell they are all the famous bands.The Jazz music and Rock N Roll music were floating in the air,to bring up people's mood to high and merry. How exciting it was just walking around, listening and watching.

 

Not only for eyes, but also we bought delicious food for our stomaches.We shared BBQ ribs, roasted sugar corn and hot dogs. The ribs were even more delicious than the ones we tried on the Rib Festival.

 

It was too bad that it started to rain later on, we didn;t have enough but it was time to go home.

 

Next year we will come again. It is a every year event.
