seafood hot pot feast at Delicious restaurant,Sept.22,2012

The owners of the newly openned Cantonese Food restaurant-Delicious near by invited us for a seafood hot pot dinner this Saturday.

 

There are not that much Chinese people around our area, I guess that is why we became closer.

 

They came from Fu Jian province-a very nice, hard working couple. Jane took care of their little boy in the summer when they were busy with the restaurant business.

 

We didn't expect they prepared so many fresh seafood and others, there were shrimps,lobsters,fish paste,sausges,leaves veggies,fresh fish,oysters,clams..etc.In the hot pot, meat balls,fish balls,mushroom balls,shrimp balls were boiling in the soup.

 

It has been long time to enjoy a good seafood hot pot like this. Thank you for the hospitality!
