first time to Organic Food Market shopping,Sept.16,2012

We know there is one Organic Market around Lakeshore and Hyw 10 area in Mississauga but never been to.

 

Since we have baby now , we want the best for the baby so we came to purchase some organic food for her.

 

All the groceries in the store are organic which are quite expensive comparing with the regular food items.

 

We bought some organic meats items including chicken breasts,beef,pork.

 

Also we bought some banana,broccoli,cookies,cheese,eggs.

 

Totally we spent $55 for all these food that I could put everything in one paper bag.

 

The same money I could buy much more food in Chinese store. I am not sure it is worthy or not, anyway, I believe it will be better if we give the organic food(especially meat,eggs,milk)to baby.I recalled we grew up eating all the organic food when we were young,back then, all the food were organic, there was no processed food or antibiotics food etc.How lucky we were! I wish we could go back to the pass that all the food were organic one day.
