We went to the EX on Aug.18,felt not enough, again we wet to the EX on Aug.25,this time we went with Vivian and her famiy.
We took the Go train to the EX, last time we didn't visit Direct Energy building so we spent lots of time here, there was all kinds of exhibitions of different countries in the international pavilion, garden show, wine garden, remember when war exhibition, shopper's market,at home pavilion, warehouse outlets, pet show, etc.
We just missed the cheese tasting section but did try some variety of Canadian cheese, we missed the cooking show at the food stage,I tried a 15 minutes section of couch massage, one massage couch is worth of a few thousand but I need to admit the massage was very good.
We walked around in the exhibitions, saw all kinds of good stuff from everywhere of the world, at the end, I bought a purse, a super glue.
We missed the superdog show - the line was too long, but we did watch the parade nearby the Princess Gate.
It was getting dark, we were hungry and tired, we grabbed some fresh cut French fries, visited the Canadian Forces display, watched the soldeier sliding down from the cable up in the tower, then took the EX express to go around-we passed all the train stops.
For the supper, we grabbed a lobster roll, it was delicious just too small.
The night scene of the CNE was fabulous, the lights, the sounds from the stages performance, and the exciting people, a carnival of summer time!
A fun day for us. Everbody got back home late, tired but excited.
