Join Feeding with Love program at LAMP April 2,2012

Today it was first time I took baby to join Feeding with Love program at our community center LAMP.This is the program to teach you how to raise a baby properly.It is the second part of the previous Eating for Two program which held by the goverment.

 

I met friends and their babies who we got familiar at the first program when we were pregnant,how time passed,by then,we were all pregnant and now,we were with babies and all look great after the child birth.

 

We learned something of how to raise a baby.e.g.how important to build up a child's self esteem, how to handle when you leave a child for a short while the child is crying,what is the benefit of cuddling a baby etc.

 

Some I know the answers, some I don't know.I think I like this program,we can learn something new besides meeting mums.And there is food, and food coupons.

 

The room was noisy with kids playing around,babies making noise,mums talking,however,it is full of life.My baby slept half of the time,and I needed to hold her after she woke up.It seems she didn't know what is going on.

 

At the end , we got a book of Parents Canada baby and child care encyclopedia for free. I shall read it.
