my baby went to her pediatrician Dr.Zaazou's office Jan.31,2012

So far baby Jessie saw her pediatrician Dr.Zaazou three times since she was born.

 

First time checkp up after born was on Jan.3,2012. We wrapped her up, put in the car seat, brought her to Dr.Zaazou's office. She peed on the scale while the nurse weighing her, she dropped a little bit weight, not yet 6 pounds from 6.1lbs when she was born which is normal(under 10% drop is ok).

 

Dr.Zaazou checked her eyes, heard her heart beats and lungs, no particular issues. Not yet 5 minutes, we were out of the office. It was a regular after born check up.

 

Second time was on Jan.17,2012 when she was 20 days old. Same thing happened, she peed on the scale again, it became like a routine. She weighed 3.44kgs(7.6lbs)this time. Well done,Jessie!

She had some baby acnes on her face and some diaper rashes. Dr.zaazou prescribed a cream for her rash. We asked how to deal with her stuffy noses, Dr.gave some sea water that can apply on her noses. 

 

Today was her third time visit with Dr. Zaazou. This time she had some digestion problems and she developed quite bad aczema on her face. Due to these problems,Dr.Zaazou suggested to change to Enfomil Soy for her instead of Enfomil milk. He suspected that the formula milk caused these problems. Jessie needs to come back in two weeks to see how she is doing after change to Enfomil Soy. And an appoitment was made when she is two months old to get some vaccine shots.

 

Today she weighed 3.99kgs(8.8lbs). 55cm long. Not bad.(this time no exception she peed and pooed on the doctor's checking bed).

 

As usual ,doctor heard her heart beats and lungs.

 

Today,we met Norah and her parents in doctor's office. Norah was born in the same day as Jessie and she and her mom were in the same room with us when we were in the hospital. Norah is 7 hours younger than Jessie. It was good to meet her little sister. I think when they are little bit bigger, they can play together. Both babies took pictures together as well as parents. What a nice meeting in doctor's office.We promise to meet again on Feb.28 when they come for the vaccine.

 

Jessie is growing although she has some problems. She is still coping with the new world and the diet she is taking. Hope she is doing better and better.My little angel, grow healthily and smoothly. This is all we hope.
