celebrating Xmas at B&M's home Dec.17,2011

We went to downtown Toronto B&M's home for a home made,most delicious steam buns and spicy fish dinner to celebrate Xmas holiday today.

 

Ming used fresh water fish,sliced the fish thin, cooked it in the boiling water first. Then stir fried the soy beans sprouts, put it on the bottom of a big bowl, covered with already cooked fish, used lots of seasoning spicies and lots of oil, lots of red dried chili peppers and pricklyash in the fly pan until the oil hot,then spinkled everything on top of the fish, the fish zizzling with the aroma floating in the air made your mouth watering.

 

Bing made the baby dills and pork meat fillings steamed buns. She used the dough prossecer to make the bun dough, spread each small dough round and thin,made the skins of the buns, put the dills and meat fillings full in the skin, wrap each of them into the buns.Steamed with 20 minutes then ready to serve.

 

There are the most delicious steamed buns and spicy fish we ever had.

 

Together with other cold dishes-appertizers,there are celery and carrot, steamed beans,and seasoned tofu,We ate until so full, and talked, drank, Aaron finished at least 6 or 7 steamed buns,I had 4 or 5, and the fish, everybody was satisfied.

 

This is a good way to spend the holiday. Friends,good food, good time together.
