Today I went to visit Shushu and A yi,they gave me so many organic vegetables which have grown in their garden.Shushu and A yi has a big vegie garden and they worked hard on it for the whole summer. They harvest different kinds of vegies in different time. Now is the end of the season. Still I got lots of Daikons,squashes,tomatoes,gourds,chili peppers. In summer, they gave me beans,tomatoes,bitter melons,gourds,pumpkins,winter melons etc.
When I came back home, I cooked the gourd,the Daikon and pork rib soup,and fried Daikon leaves,they are all more delicious than the ones we bought from the store.
The next day, I made dumplings with Daikon leaves and ground pork fillings. They are so delicious. Have the favour of wild vegetable.
