Expectant Mommy's class at community center(4) and Dr.Bhangu's a

Again , it is Monday. About 9:45am I am going to the expectant mommy's class at my community center.This time I have a support-Jane is going with me,Huray!

 

We got there almost 10am,other expectant mommies and staff are there,today we watched a video called Pregnency and Delivery,it covered everything from what your body goes through the whole pregnency period and delivery,and after delivery and what we should do to have a healthy baby.

 

After watching the video,it was open discussion time.Some questions were raised like how to deal with the older kid's feeling when the new born baby occupies mom's time and energy,and how safe it was to consume fishes products and fish oil?

 

The nurse answered the questions and there was a middle wife was there as well as a guest,she gave us some information about the after birth home support,like help the new mom to breast feed the new born.

 

Over one hour went by fast. We finished today's class.

 

I had another Appt.today at 11:45am,then again Jane accompanied with me to my OB Dr.Bhangu's office.

 

As usual,the appt.went well and nothing special. All the regular check up were done and fine. I will see him next Wednesday,now is once a week to see my OB.
