The Accent on Toronto presented by CBC Radio 99.1 is an anual event. Last year we went and loved it. So this year of course we are not going to miss it.
It was a rainy and windy night, Aaron drove carefully to 147 Danforth the Music Hall. We parked our car at Loblaws supermarket then walked to the music hall.
Wow, so crowded,we didn't expect that there were 1100 people came for the show. It was full.
Hosted by Angelo Tsarouchas, the show started on time 8pm. One by one, totally there were 7 stand up comedians came to the stage, each had about 20 minutes show time. They talked funny stories, made fun with themselves, the audiences none stop were laughing and applauding for them. It seemed every sentence, every word they spoke was funny and the audience just couldn't help laughing out loud. In China, this kind of show called "One Person Xiang Shen".People just loved it and lots of audience came every year.
We laughed for some stories but not for all, maybe we didn't get all of them. Anyway, it was fun to watch the show.
